Business Qualifications
We pinpoint P3 candidates as owners of eye care practices with one to three locations, maintaining a minimum of 1 million dollars in annual collections per location.

Owner Commitment
P3 members commit to attending two in-person meetings per year, and a once per month five-minute update. In addition to the owner commitment, P3 requires a recognized office leader to participate in P3 Champions meetings.

That is why we offer separate programs and meetings for P3 Champions, a parallel study group path for practice administrators, practice managers, and team leads.
